Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:INVALID FIELD IN CDB' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00003.m2ts' at offset '40028602368'

Given the offset, I would wonder if you ran out of power as the drive tried to spin faster than your power supply could manage. Is this a USB-powered drive?
