This new released 4k UHD BluRay can not be opened. After several tries I tried a test version of DVDFab and it worked fine. So, it's not a drive-problem.

Per the FAQ (a worthwhile read):

MakeMKV says that "the volume key is unknown for this disc"?
MakeMKV produces an AACS .tgz dump file whenever you try to open a disc for which the key is unknown, and will report that the dump has been created. Email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

And no. I do not use the virtual drive in that case. I have the original BluRay in my LG drive.

Make sure MakeMKV has internet access (Preferences > General tab > Enable internet access) & that your firewall is not blocking MakeMKV.

Resubmit dump.
