I am getting this message when trying to access FlashGordon

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

First time i have came across this, is there anything i need to do?

The log will have a path to a .tgz file created as part of the attempted rip. That file needs to be emailed to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.

After a few days, try the rip again. MakeMKV downloads volume keys as needed, once they're created by Mike. But he needs that .tgz file to do it.
