In the MakeMKV log (the white bit with text in it at the bottom) you should see a reference to a file, something like:

Mac: Saved AACS dump file as /Users/Rodney M/Library/MakeMKV/MKB20_v??_Angel_Has_Fallen_???.tgz

Windows: Saved AACS dump file as /Users/Rodney M/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v??_Angel_Has_Fallen_???.tgz

This file needs to be emailed to svq@makemkv.com. Then try the disc again in a few days.

Hallo .... had handed over the .tzg with email to the same German disc .Unfortunately, opening is not yet possible. Seems to be a difficult case

I ripped mine just fine. Both the bluray and UHD Bluray are in my plex library as we speak.
