Version 1.14.4 tells me always that there is no disc inserted.
With version 1.14.3 the drive make several minutes terrible sounds before it starts

Does MakeMKV 1.14.4 have issues with this UHD?

best thing to try first is to clean the disk
then check if your other uhd disks still work if so and this disk is still not working correctly after being cleaned get a replacement

I did all these things already.
Only with the replacement I tried 1.14.3.

I am confused why 1.14.4 says that there is no disc but 1.14.3 says there is.

Update the drive to the 3.10MK firmware
