Barbie 4K UHD

Has anyone had issues getting MKV to acknowledge Barbie? Using Mac M1. Drive info below..

I have tried 1.01, 1.02, 1.03. I got the disc to finally open one time, but I don't remember which version it was that worked, because then I got another error... Since I haven't gotten it to open once. I have increased the "Read retry count" to 10, buffer size to 1024, single drive mode (I think is what I had when it worked), and the Mac OS Key 2 bug as workaround type 2 (again, what I think I had it set to when it at least recognized the disk)

Have you tried gently cleaning the disc? And perhaps a different drive? In my experience, some drives just don't like some discs.
