Confirming what OP noted, same dump file name:
MKB20_v77_BARBIE_F028.tgz

Retail 4k + Digital pack (no BluRay), error code is "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted"

Hopefully you emailed that dump in. The 4 characters at the end signify which key your disc needs. Some movies are released where different discs need different keys even though they're the same title. No one in this thread has posted that they sent in that dump file, MKB20_v77_Barbie_5BD0.tgz.

If you don't want to check the forum beforehand, it doesn't hurt to send in your dump file regardless.

Didn't see the UHD portion of the forum :face_palm:

I sent in tgz for MKB20_v77_Barbie_F028.tgz which is UHD release from Amazon, not special edition... US release.
