So, I don't do this often enough to have a good feel for what a normal turnaround time on generating a key is. The FAQ says "a few days", which is fine but kinda vague. I don't mean to sound impatient, but I'm curious to see if anyone has a rough general feel for when a key for Sisu might drop.

Yeah, I figured it would be a pretty wide range. I don't know why I'm obsessing on this - it's not like I don't have the disc sitting right here if I really want to watch this movie...

I already decrypted it and created the MKV. I will continue to check my protected ISO until MakeMKV supports it. But yes, it can take anywhere from a couple hours sometimes to multiple weeks others. It all depends on how busy Mike is. Patience is definitely required if you don't have multiple means of decrypting discs.
