No one posted the filename of their dump file. So, maybe you need to email yours. The filename of the dump file includes a hash of the key; which means if your filename is the same as someone else's then the same key will unlock both of your discs. However, discs often have more than one key.

It doesn't hurt to send your dump in. svq@makemkv.com

Bluray ripping just fine. US UHD from Amazon still not decrypting. Submitted mine Tuesday.

Standard Blu-Rays don't use same encryption method.
