Having this error
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Did you submit the volume key to svq@makemkv.com?

Putting the 4K disc into the rom drive and it just spins without even recognizing that a disc is there. The BlueRay disc rips just fine.
Where to find the volume key?

Volume key NEED is read from the disk. But you say you're not getting it to read the disk, which is a problem.

It would seem your drive doesn't read the UHD signal. Have you tried resetting the drive (power it off then back on)?

This IS a UHD-compatible drive, correct?

I sent the file for this movie yesterday after my driver couldn't rip it.
