Dolby Vision is missing Access Unit Delimiters

Hi there Mike,

It seems that when muxing the two Dolby Vision layers into a single track/pid, it's missing the access unit delimiters.

Without them DV won't trigger on my LG WebOS player (after remuxing them to .TS).

Could you please fix this?

Btw, just to let you guys know.
Mike responded a while ago and said he added support for the AUD.
I personally didn't have time yet to confirm it's working.
But if anybody else would like to give it a shot and report back, please do
