Other than "submitting to svq@makemkv.com is faster than posting on the forum"?

Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
I purchased a copy at Walmart today and successfully ripped it.
Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
Still not opening for me. Sent dump file to Mike.
Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
I assume this is a volume key issue due to the error but just want to make sure nothing else is going on bc i do get a debug code as well.
I get this error:
MakeMKV v1.16.4 win(x64-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as C:\Users\kolon/MakeMKV_log.txt
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.2 id=6E4B09EE276C)
Backing up disc into folder "H:/Rips/backup/IN_THE_HEIGHTS"
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Users/kolon/Desktop/Files/MakeMKV debug folder/MKB20_v76_IN_THE_HEIGHTS_C57A.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

I saw the guy who picked it up from Walmart, got it to work. But is anyone else having issues ripping this disc?
Movie has been out for over a week and mike usually gets keys out in the first few days. Just wanted to be sure.

Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
Working now. Thanks Mike!
Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
So what exactly happened between your posting the problem and "thanks mike"... I have not been able to rip this since it first came out and not sure what to do...
Any ideas?

Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
MKB20_v76_In_The_Heights_4C46.tgz which was posted is not the same as your MKB20_v76_IN_THE_HEIGHTS_C57A.tgz file.
Please post your MKB20_v76_IN_THE_HEIGHTS_C57A.tgz file.
Please post your MKB20_v76_IN_THE_HEIGHTS_C57A.tgz file.
Re: In The Heights UHD Failed to Open Disc
Posting dumps here accomplishes little. Send the TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com so that the program's author can create a decryption key for it.

Sending the .tgz file to svq@makemkv.com is the right thing to do. Also posting the name of the file you submitted is helpful. Some titles have more than one key. Posting the name of the file you submitted can let people know if they have a different key and should submit their key.
