Tonight - I bought the 4K Version of the Ten Commandments (Cecil B Demille) here in the USA. I installed the newest version of MakeMKV 1.16.3.

Here is what I got from the App:
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.2 id=7FA2657C7667)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as D:/Videos/MKB20_v76_The_Ten_Commandments_F5A9.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I attached the file here... What is my next step please?

It is better to email that file to svq@makemkv.com. Only posting it here slows things down.

I will put forth the idea that posting the NAME of the tgz file here is beneficial; The name generated is unique to the "batch" of disks, so it is simple to tell if someone has already submitted the file for your particular disk. The "_F5A9" would change if the version of the disk is different.
