Yeah, I'm on the latest version and I've sent the dump file to that address a few times. I may give it a try, but I don't think that's the problem. I tried 2 other windows rippers (the monkey and the fox) and neither of those worked. The former reported that it automatically sent a logfile and that the disk would be ready to decrypt in 1-2 days. since 1.15.1 you can use MakeMKV tools to flash, using this command in Powershell with administration privileges
