Hello, I am fairly new to ripping 4K discs. I followed the Step by Step instructions to flash my LG WH16NS60 BD burner and successfully ripped my 1st 4K disc with excellent results, (why did I get CC subtitles? Can I turn this off?).
On my second disc I am getting a "Fatal Error Occurred, program will now exit" message box early in the process. The MakeMKV debug log shows:

After having some issue with smudges on the disc it was cleaned and will play just fine in a 4K disc player.
I would appreciate any help.
