I believe that your drive is not UHD friendly. I'm pretty sure that no Pioneer drives are UHD friendly. Your Pioneer Bdr-Xd07J is an official UHD drive which is not compatible at the moment.

Buy this unit thinking it was the best option to burn the discs uhd 4k

"Exact copy of the disk" is not a feature MakeMKV claims.

It can create a "backup" of the disk's contents, but that does not contain everything necessary to copy the disk.
