Error on Website points to here?

So I had an issue with one of my UHD. I kept getting a write error. I was able to get all the contents onto my desktop though. On the website it says to come to the forum on how to take those files and make them into MKV. I am not finding it on this forum anywhere how to convert the folders that were put onto my desktop into a decrypted MKV.

"The simple workaround is to copy all files from the disc to the hard drive manually, without MakeMKV running. If you succeed in this, there is a fast and simple way to convert such copy into encrypted MakeMKV backup that can be opened by MakeMKV later. See our forum for details."

If someone can point me into the right direction I should be fine.

There is 3 folders, AACS, BDMV, and certificate. I have looked through each folder and selected a video file but it never seems to work. Not sure I am missing something here.

for the most part this wont work on lg/asus drives fyi because they will just makeup stuff and when you put it in to makmekv it will still be corrupt so a successful copy does not mean a good copy it will still have the hash errors.

this can work with pioneers
what you do is open makemkv click the open disc thing then use imgburn to copy it to an iso
you can then give that iso to makemkv and see if it works

Looked everywhere for this. No clue what you mean by open MakeMKV ands then select .iso?

You can only select an .iso but not make one through Makemkv.

you can mount the iso and point makemkv at the index
remember if your doing this on an lg or asus drive your wasting your time

Yes, however how are you making the .iso?

Why won’t it work with an Asus drive?

See above about why it won't work on Asus/LG drives
Use img burn
