Back to the future & Matrix reloaded

I’m on firmware V 1.3 BU40N and lately makemkv refusing to rip movies,
I’ve tried back to the future trilogy 4k & also Matrix Reloaded 4K and they fail a quarter of a way through it says it can’t read the files and fails. I’m not sure if the drive is the issue, the firmware, the disks are new and clean, I’m in a usb 3 enclosure for my Lg slim Drive. I was on firmware 1.4 which was encrypted I downgraded to 1.3 just fine, I have ripped other 4K movies just fine.
