The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

*edit* I emailed svq@makemkv.com the MKB20_v70_LEÓN_F849.tzg file so hopefully that will get sorted.

Yup, that's all you need to do! Try again, generally I'd say within 24 hours - just make sure to have "Enable Internet access" selected in MakeMKV's Preferences in the General tab - MakeMKV will download the updated volume keys and you'll be good to go!

Thanks mate. I certainly have that internet access enabled so I'll look forward to trying again in 24 hours. This is why I paid for my subscription. Mike deserves every cent.

have patience. it will differ from disk to disk: sometimes hours, sometimes days, and sometimes even weeks. you just have to check periodically

Have you been successful in decrypting Leon? I tried yesterday without success.

Mine decrypted long ago. But sometimes reissues get a new key. What .tgz file did your MakeMKV create? You might need to email it in.
