Image errors without displayed error messages

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I have a big problem. I ripped my entire film collection and then realized on my zidoo that there are always image errors and sound errors. Either picture and sound stop or it jumps on quickly or there are pixel artifacts. The stutterers and so always appear in the same place on different devices. So the mkv file doesn't seem to be okay. In my opinion, the bigger the movie, the more stutters i have, I use a Macbook and a verbatim drive to rip. I don't see any errors in the error log when ripping. what can I do?

Since MakeMKV does integrity checks during the rip, the MKV file is probably fine; where there can be an issue is with the player and its interface with where the file is stored. Most likely, you're experiencing delays in the read, and the Zidoo is compensating as best it can.

When you play the file on the Mac, are you seeing the same errors?

Yes i have the Same issues when i play it on my macbook. Today i tried a rip with my Windows PC and it works perfectly fine on All Devices.
