What is the name of your dump file?

And have you tried these instructions? There's a report that 4F38 is now working with KEYDB.cfg.

Hi all,

Frozen Empire is not being decrypted.
I tried to attach the dump (MKB20_v77_GHOSTBUSTERS_FROZEN_EMPIRE_B086.tgz),
but the message sayed, that the file is too large...

How to do this...?

THX a lot an best regards!

Last night, I ripped my disc.

The Steelbook UHD disc ripped without any error in MAKEMKV.

(Does anyone know how to access the Extra Features tracks? or are none of the Extra Features on the UHD? The extra tracks in my scan list where Trailers which were labeled as such.)

I am new to this so I am not sure at the moment how to check for that Disc ID number mentioned up above.

I am able to confirm that Make was able to back-up the UHD from the Steelbook without any issue. Already validated the playback of the file.

(I am unsure how to access any of the extra features, however, but I am assuming that's a noobie issue.)

If you want the extras it probably best to do a full backup first it's the yellow folder on top and make sure decrypt is checked.

Then in your player of choice that supports bd menus you can play the extras like it were a disc

And if you don't want that then you can make them into individual mkv files with makemkv but that's a bit more work

What is the name of your dump file? Have you emailed it to svq@makemkv.com?

The key to decrypt this disk is already available in KEYDB.cfg - see these instructions, should you decide not to wait for it also to appear in MakeMKV's hashed keys.

I have emailed, but I'll post my file in here too (Edit, the board attachment quota has been reached). I tried the KEYDB.cfg method mentioned above, but that had no effect.
The bizarre thing is that after attempting to rip this disc my drive actually fails to read even known working discs. After some very disturbing noises MakeMKV simply gives a "No Disk" status, even after a full PC reboot. The only way to get it reading again seems to be to fully power down the PC for a few minutes.
