[Info] Italian Steelbook - Killers Of The Flower Moon

It's been discussed a fair bit on various forums, Reddit etc, someone may correct me but I think it's the only 4k disc release atm? It was purchased from Amazon Italy. Some forums/reviews have said the UHD is region locked (B). No idea how to tell but XReveal disc info is as follows, no mention of a region lock bypassed or otherwise, does XReveal show that anyway?
