"The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Backup failed".

Not seeing a file, and it should be EMAILED to svq@makemkv.com in any case. You would only need to post the NAME of the file here, to show which one your generated request was for.

Yes I've already emailed it a few hours ago.

Strange, I thought I uploaded. I'll try again here. I get a triangle below the status when I try to uploaded it. When I click on the triangle it says: "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Emailing the file is the correct answer; you don't need to upload it to the forum. Posting the name of the file you emailed to the forum is a good thing to do however.

It is possible that No Time to Die (2021) has a new pressing with a new key needed for decryption. It might also be the case that your computer is having trouble downloading the necessary keys. Was there a message about a download failing or being disabled?
