Anyone who has ripped a backup of their disc…did you have to do it in any special way so that all three endings are preserved in proper sequential order? Was that part of the main file, or split out from it? This may be one I have to backup as an ISO instead of an MKV if it’s a pain.

There are 4 titles, one with all 3 endings and one for each of the 3 endings as standalone features.
