According to this thread, sounds like there are multiple versions of UHD Casablanca.

My disc was failing with this error, even after updating to latest version of MakeMKV.

Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\frogurt/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_Casablanca_90E3.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

I've attached the tgz dump file.

As per the UHD FAQ, you need to email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.
