Hi, I got the full 4k boxset of Game of Thrones and am in the process of ripping it. All discs have worked without a hitch until now. On S6 disc 3 I just get a load of
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR'
OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR
I've tried it on a different machine, cleaning the disc with a microfiber cloth, different USB ports (I'm using an external LG BU40N), increasing the read retry counts to 99 and letting it run throughout the night and it's to no avail. When using makemkv to decrypt, VLC will play it back just fine off the disc, so I assume the issue is with the (brandnew) disc itself and not the drive and that there is a problem with the data that just trips makemkv up everytime. Any other things I could try before sending the disc in and asking for a new one? Any help is much appreciated.
