UHD Spider-Verse Disc fails with MakeMKV, but Blu-Ray doesn't

Bit new to all this so sorry if I come off stupid or if this is the wrong category for this post.

Recently I bought an LG BP60NB10 External Drive looking to find a way to play my Blu-Rays on VLC, as well as dump them. Found out how to get it to do that and it does it well so that's good, but I recently bought a 4K UHD copy of Into the Spider-Verse and that's where my problems start. No matter what I try it seems I cannot find a way to either play or dump the UHD Blu-Ray. I flashed the downgrade firmware thing to patch my drive (which I'm not totally sure why I had to do that but I did it) and MakeMKV says my drive is good now, but every time I try to dump it with MakeMKV I get the same error:

I don't get why this happens because as far as I can tell, this is caused by the program failing to download the latest hash keys, but it doesn't have this problem when I dump a normal Blu-Ray, just 4K UHD ones. I also checked the keydb.cfg (which I think is the hash key file that MakeMKV uses), and it has the keys for UHD Into the Spider-Verse, which confuses me even more. I don't know what the problem is here and the more I try to find it with googling the more frustrated I become so here I am. If I could get some help in solving this issue I would greatly appreciate it. Would love to be able to watch my physical media on my PC.

makemkv does not use keydb.cfg it uses its own in privatedata.tar
