Transformers: The Movie (1986) dump sent

Bought the steelbook of the animated Transformers: The Movie (1986) and sent the dump to svq@makemkv.com.

Same boat for me. Steelbook edition. 4K UHD disc is not decrypting and I have submitted my dump on June 8, 2023.

have run into the same issue. Final message I get is "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted. Failed to open disc" also getting a message stating "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed."

I submitted an e-mail with all the info and the attatchment as is listed to do in the link provided. I have yet to receive a response. I also have tried 4 other 4k UHD discs. Antman and the wasp Quantumania. failed to open disc. Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children, hook, and Serenity, which still get the message about Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed, but MAKEMKV can still open disc's and I am able to rip them. not sure what else to do with this.
