Brand New Blu-ray won’t rip
I just purchased the 4k Star Trek Trilogy on sale, but when trying to rip I get a ton of errors saying that the files are corrupt. All three discs have this issue. I have ripped 4k movies before, and have cleaned these multiple times, what could be the issue?

I also had a number of issues with the Star Trek 4K blu-rays, though I bought the full 6 movie collection not just the trilogy. I had to return the box set twice before I was able to get a clean rip of everything. I think something really got messed up with that batch of discs. The first set I got even had this odd film all over the discs. You can see it on some of the customer reviews on Amazon.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B4FV39M4/
But for me, even some of the ones that weren't dirty had issues ripping. It was a major pain in the ass to say the least. Sadly, I think your best option would be to return the set and hope they send you a better copy.
