When doing a full disc backup, does MakeMKV also correct/remove playlist obfuscation?

I am considering AnyDVD just for this purpose - as I make full folder backups. Two titles recently - Lionsgate - backup, but the playlist obfuscation is a problem for Dune 4K Max, JRiver Media Center, and other players that can play full-disc backups.

The titles are Knives Out and Chaos Walking. I've created MKVs from the *correct* titles for now, but want to know how to fix it such that the full disc works properly.

No. The backup is all the stuff that's on the disc with the encryption optionally removed. MakeMKV tries to figure out which title is the right one at rip time. And there's usually an answer for affected titles here on this forum.

Know of any list that keeps track of these movies where this is employed? I suspect most of (all?) of Lionsgate. but curious if other studios have implemented similar.
