Issues with 2 UHD to open discs

Hi, I tried to rip « a perfect planet «  from BBC Earth and Westworld season 2. In both cases, it failed to open discs. What should I do ?

Start by telling us what failed. You could have a disk read error, or disks that haven't been opened previously, or a drive that isn't capable of opening UHD disks. We cannot know that yet.
