The Matrix Reoaded and John Wick: Parabellum

Having problems with these two titles. I've included a screenshot of what I get when doing The Matrix Reloaded. Other titles I've done work ok. Any idea as to why. I see that these two titles are in the UHD list (I just checked).

Your getting read errors clean the disc see if it works
Then get a replacement disc
Then clean your laser
If none of that fixes it get a BU40N

Hmm. The disc is clean (only a week old), but checked anyway, Cleaned the laser even though the drive is only two weeks old (BRUHD-PU3 properly downgraded) so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. Did I mention that the drive processes fine up to 72% before the errors occur? Also, John Wick movies 1 and 2 copy just fine as well as Valarian and the City of a Thousand Planets) Don't have any other 4k discs to try, but all other formats (standard Blu-Ray and DVDs) copy just fine. Color me wrong, but I don't think it's a hardware issue. Maybe they've changed something on later pressings of these two discs?
