Volume key is Unknown

Post by SyrimSloane »

I keep getting this message and failed to open when trying to rip TOP GUN & KNIVES OUT UHD’s.

I’ve already sent the dumps twice to svq email and still having the issue.

Any fix for this?

Thanks

When you start a rip with MakeMKV, so you see any messages about not being able to download the latest hash key file?

When did you send in the dumps? It can take a week or two (or longer on occasion) for a key to be added.
Cheers :D

Sent on the 21st of last month.

I even sent a dump for DUNKIRK on October and I’m still getting the same log error as these two discs.

Try your luck at contacting Mike (owner/developer of MakeMKV) at:

support@makemkv.com

With all error and dump logs and a link to this post to see if he can assist further. He can get very busy at times, but it’s worth a shot.

And just to confirm, you do have "Enable Internet access" checked in Tools / Preferences / General?
