Il Trovatore - C Major/Unitel 4k (2020)

Hi, I am having problems the 4k edition of Verdi’s Il Trovatore released recently by Unitel/C major and with Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov (bought in the UK). I am getting the familiar “volume key is unknown – failure to decrypt disc” message. Granted that this is unlikely to be top of most people’s buying lists at this time of the year but it would be great if it would be possible to decrypt the keys. I have tried all the various processes to check that the decryption issue isn’t another bug in disguise and can confirm that the UHD plays in my player (I have had issues with a major release UHD recently but it turned out that the discs had a manufacturing problem and wouldn’t play at all so back it went to the retailer and it doesn’t look like I have been alone in having this kind of issue which is frankly quite unbelievable considering what is being charged for UHDs). Data dump file has been sent to admin as MKB20_v72_IL_TROVATORE_E1CA.tgz.
Many thanks for your help and support from a happy licence holder; it never seems to be repeated enough what a great job you do of sorting out issues in a timely manner.

Just for completeness of information's sake, I was able to do a back-up of the disc but MakeMKV cannot decipher the index when loading from file rather than disc and I also get an unknown key error message.

UHD FAQ

Refer to section Hashed Keys > MakeMKV says that "the volume key is unknown for this disc"?

Basically, email MKB20_v72_IL_TROVATORE_E1CA.tgz to svq@makemkv.com & the key will automatically be downloaded when available, as described in the FAQ.

Thanks, d00zah. That's what I have already done. I maybe should have been more clear at the end of the post; as it's a recent release this is as much to make known that this has now been raised and to say thanks for when it will be sold.
