Hello,
I have just started backing up the 4K movies from the Amazon UK Star Wars Skywalker Saga box. I noticed the first 4K movie, The Phantom Menace, had several AV sync issues and dropped frames:
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:31:42.150 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.016ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:35:00.974 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.019ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:36:03.286 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.013ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:46:07.223 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.013ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:48:10.095 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.019ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:54:04.992 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.016ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:57:39.415 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.013ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:58:39.015 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to +0ms
AV synchronization issues were found in file 'Star Wars- The Phantom Menace_t03.mkv' (title #4)
Is anyone else having these issues? I noticed Mike was talking about incorrectly dropped frames in HD audio streams in the changelog of MakeMKV 1.15.1? Could this be the case here?
