The Matrix and The Matrix Revolutions

Post by mostlife »

Hi,

I have an UHD BluRay disc of The Matrix (HDR) and The Matrix Revolutions (HDR).
Both return a few uncorrectable scsi errors, after which the ripping stops.

How do I attach the logs?

Can you provide some more info. Let's start with:

1. What drive are you using?
2. How is it connected to PC?
Cheers :D

Ok, cool. Glad you got one of them working. You may need to give the other disc a good clean before trying again.

It still did not work with the last disc, namely revolutions..
I will try again later today or maybe tomorrow.

In the meanwhile I would like to know how to attach a log file...

I can't remember. Is that a 3 layer disc? Anyway, I think I had trouble with that one the first time. I switched drives and it ripped fine.

Sometimes there are discs that a particular drive just won't read, no matter what you do. This is why most of us have 2 or more drives. If a disc doesn't read properly in drive 1, it generally will in drive 2.

I personally have 3 drives.

My main drive is a BH16NS55 with 1.02.
Drive 2 is a WH16NS60 with 1.00.
Drive 3 is a BH16NS55 cross-flashed to an ASUS BW-16D1HT 3.02.
Cheers :D

I have the matrix with 58GB average. It has dolby vision and Thru HD / atmos 7.1 audio.
It is the one for Belgium, luxembourg and dutch market(BENELUX). Those 2-3 markets usually have a shared printing in french and dutch. None of them rip. The quit at about 24GB

Shouldn't be necessary, as the disk rips. You just need to select the correct track for what you want, as mentioned above.
