"IT" UHD '(Chapter 1)

Post by manolorivera »

Hi, I'm a new user of the makemkv software, with an Asus BW-16D1HT '3.10 firmware).
I updated the firmware, and it worked fine with Dunkirk UHD Disc, which I ripped without any problem.

I have another UHD bluray, and it seems that makemkv isn't able to rip it.
lotsof SCSI errors ocurred, and thena french message ("La clé de volume est inconnue pour ce dique - la vidéo ne peut être décryptée", = the key of the disc is unknown for this disc).
The software generated a .tgz file
Can somebody help me please?
I'm stillon trial version, would like to know if the software is able ton rip all of the UHD that I'm going to purchase...

Kind regards,

José

You must send the tgz file to support@makekmv.com

After 1-2 days the keys are updated and you can rip the disc.
Good Luck :)

Send it to svq@makemkv.com. That's the proper address for log dumps.
