The Greatest Showman - video can't be decrypted

I'm having trouble opening the 4K version of "The Greatest Showman". I get the following error "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted". I followed the instructions for adding the hashed keys located here: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic ... 6959&__c=1

Posting the dump file here does not accomplish much - you need to email it to svq@makemkv.com if you want it seen by the program author as soon as possible.

Hash key updates have been automated for the most part. The hash key file method is not updated as often as the new method. For quicker support do as Woodstock advises.

Also, forum search function works. Use it. It will provide posts/solutions/explanations to common errors returned by MakeMKV.
