Die Hard 4K UHD and I Am Legend 4K UHD UK versions failed to decrypt. I sent the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

So how long does it normally take for the hashed keys to be updated? I'm able to decrypt Blurays no problem at all, these are the first UHDs I'm trying and I want to make sure they're not a 'bad dump'. I've got a UHD friendly drive on the correct firmware. Asus BW-16D1HT on 3.01

You submitted a dump to svq@makemkv.com, right? In my experience it takes a couple days, but never longer than a week.

Sent January 27th and February 01st.

I noticed keys haven't been updated since 18th January though.

Using version 1.14.x, you should see a note in the log window about downloading the latest SGF when you open the first disk of a session (assuming you have not disabled contacting the web sever). This is where current versions pull the "latest keys".

I'm an idiot.

I didn't realise it pulled the keys automagically. I've been sat here waiting for the timestamp on the hashed keys link to change.

Just ripped I am Legend, great. I'll be buying a licence.
