What is Standout Disc vs Reference Disc? Is standout just below Reference Disc PQ or something?

If you look at some of The Digital Bits reviews, the one's they mark as reference seem to be 4K native (or better) and have gotten an A or A+ grade from them. They also don't seem to have any flaws called out.

Stuff that gets the standout rating seems like they have some great aspects as well as some minor flaw(s) that keep it from being rated reference.

I am wondering if you can also include if a 'Review' was done for a particular title?
Just a True/False column. The thinking is that if its not Reference or Outstanding disc, it maybe because it hasn't been reviewed as yet.

By request, I added a Review column, which links to the disc's review on The Digital Bits (if they have one).
I also extracted the links from Digital Bits to various stores (usually Amazon) where you can purchase the disc, in the Buy US and Buy UK columns. Hovering over these links gets you the box art, which is a nice feature!
