MakeMKV says that "the volume key is unknown for this disc"?
MakeMKV produces an AACS .tgz dump file whenever you try to open a disc for which the key is unknown, and will report that the dump has been created. Email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.
This will get results more quickly than posting dump to forum...

Yes, I have sent my dumps to that email address as well. Just getting into UHD. Used to do normal blu-ray but due to living arrangements for the past two years I didn’t have the capabilities to do what I wanted with them.d00zah wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 8:57 pmd00zah wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 8:42 pmFlameancer wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 6:09 pmI have the American (target) version of this disk, my dump file appears to be different.

Excellent. & welcome. For the UHD uninitiated, I recommend reading through the UHD FAQ (referenced above). It will save time, & more than a little frustration.Flameancer wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 9:26 pmYes, I have sent my dumps to that email address as well. Just getting into UHD.
