Yours has the same last 4 characters as mine! Wonder if that means ours came from the same original source and they're having a problem decrypting that one

Mine is having the same issue. I sent the dump in this morning. Same dump file name as above. Running 1.14.7 x64. I sent it to support, didn't realize there was another email address. My tgz file was ~1.6MB.

Still not working for me either. I just updated to 1.15 and also still doesn't work. Mine was also a Best Buy Black Friday special. And by special, I mean useless.

Had the same issue again today 1/10. I thought AACS2.1 was supported in the latest MakeMKV and Zombieland was already a supported title. Sent in the dump, lets see what happens!

Apparently there are some "different" Zombieland discs out there. What kind of disc do you have? Anything special about it? Where did you get it from?

Hello. I'm having the same issue. I bought mine from Walmart a few weeks ago. 4K disc is the one that is giving the error. I'm emailing the dump file now.

Any updates from anyone on this? I just sent another dump in, as I never got a reply from the one I sent months ago. Is there any other program that can rip this disc? I'd really like to watch it. :/

Yeah, and I know it's updated because I submitted a dump file for Midway a couple days ago and tried again today and Midway worked but Zombieland still doesn't.

Still nothing. And I can't get a reply from anyone via email either.

Am I right to say that this issue is limited to the International UHD and not the one released in the Americas?

I ripped Zombieland Double Tap yesterday and was thinking of ripping the first part today.

I ripped both Zombieland & Zombieland: Double Tap (Australian UHD versions) months ago. Had zero issues with either.
