The DB6C variant of Avatar: Fire and Ash has definitely been supported by the public keydb since May 31:

Once you place the keydb.cfg file in the correct location you'll be good to go.

It is important to remember the ".MakeMKV directory" is the default path to place the extracted keydb.cfg file. But if you have changed the location of the MakeMKV data directory you should be placing the extracted keydb.cfg file in whichever directory MakeMKV initially stored your local "MKB20_v82_Avatar-_Fire_and_Ash_DB6C.tgz" file.

There is no configuration issue on your end. Your disc was just not in the keydb. The public keydb is a community effort and there are thousands of UHD discs going back more than a decade which do not yet have complete keydb records.

Your disc has now been added, so that is one less unsupported title...
