Here's some sample error messages. I tried ripping only the DTS-MA track, no luck. Then only ripping with the DTS track, no luck.
Replacement disc from Amazon on the way.

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00058.m2ts' at offset '55593271296'
Error 'Posix error - No data available' occurred while reading '/dev/sr1' at offset '55593271296'

Replacement for the 2001 UHD disc came from Amazon, rips fine. So it's not the drive, as several people noted, first disc from Amazon had ripping errors, replacement disc works fine.

^ that suggests there are two DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 tracks, one repurposed 6 track audio from the 70mm 1968 release and the other a remastered 5.1 track from 1999.

^ the blu-ray.com review of the disc suggests the differences in audio tracks is fairly subtle.
