Ripping my set now finally. Phantom is up first and decrypted fine. I'll submit any that fail to decrypt.

which of the 4 main file contents is the English Intro ?
The source file name that ends in 800 is English. 00800 is the most common one on Disney-distributed disks.
Thank you so much for this info! Saving me a lot of re-work. Much appreciated!

Set arrived yesterday, now getting around to ripping them.

TFA and ROTS ripped fine; TPM may just be a bad disc (cleaned with a microfiber cloth multiple times, but rip always fails with read errors around the halfway point).

AOTC failed to decrypt at all, so submitted a dump on that one.

TPM is the one I'm having the hardest time with. I finally got it to finish without read errors, but it's giving me a bad pop noise in certain parts of the movie that I'm worried will damage my speakers. I cleaned it thoroughly with warm water and I'm giving it one more shot

Everything ripped fine, except for the last Jedi. Gets 25% there and then just stops and no error until I eject the disc. No idea what may be the issue.

I'm impatient to watch these so here's what I've done:

1) Create protected ISO's
2) Mount Phantom Menace protected ISO
3) Load up JRiver MC26 with MakeMKV integration (YES!!!)
4) Play mounted ISO with full menus
5) Enjoying the living hell out of this so far!!!!

hey guys... yesterday when I got my set :) most of them decrypted except two phantom menace and the last jedi. i submitted the files to svq@makemkv.com but I'm pretty new here and not sure what else to do. but, as of today, phantom menace decrypted while the last jedi still will not decrypt. I've tried 100 times since I sent the email cuz I really wanna back this up to plex. :)

Any help or suggestions as to what to do next? I sent another email today just to verify that it was received.

Odd... My set so far as gone smoothly (I'm on ep 6 right now), except for ep 2. The UHD rip has failed, so I just did a disc backup until the key is known. I sent in the file about an hour ago, so I imagine it is just a waiting game now.

Just thought I'd post this as it does not look like most are having trouble with ep 2.

Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith didn't work for me. Dump file submitted.

The rest worked.
Works now. Thanks!

Try cleaning the disc with some isopropyl alcohol or glasses cleaner and a microfiber cloth (wipe out from the center NOT in circles around the disc). Often discs with no visible scratches/marks have a chemical layer on them that can inhibit reliable reading.

If that fails, you can contact Disney support and they'll send you another disc (I had to do that with my stand-alone copy of last Jedi and they took care of me).
