Unable to rip The Raid: Redemption 4K Steelbook

Hi. So, I'm not usually familiar with posting on the MakeMKV fourms, but I have tried multiple times to rip The Raid Redemption 4K Steelbook. It opens the disc fine with no issue for that part, it rips around 6GB of the film, but then I get the following errors as shown in the attached image. What should I do in order to provide more info or something?

Don't try to attach images here. You should upload them somewhere or just copy and paste the log window text.

Without seeing anything it sound like the usual read errors. Give the disc a thorough clean using soapy water and a microfibre cloth then dry with another mocrofibre cloth and let it finish air drying fully overnight before trying to rip it again.

But, yes, copy and paste the log window text.
