The process is to email the tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com. Additionally, if you used a non-Pioneer drive to generate the dump file and you checked the latest KeyDB for an entry for your disc, if not present, you should create a post in the Public KeyDB Submission thread that includes a download link for the dump file once you have hosted it somewhere. If you did use a Pioneer drive, no point in posting anything, just email the dump.
