Arrow's recent Bruce Lee releases

Anyone else have any issues backing up their Bruce Lee 4K discs released by Arrow? My drive makes grinding noises when I try to back it up, and I eventually get an error - Error 'OS error - The I/O device reported an I/O error' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '0'
DEBUG: Code 3221225861 at _worNE:(,lg'T'0g]I:213131502.

Is it some kind of protection, or is my drive on it's way out?

Try gently cleaning the discs, even though they're new. I've had to sometimes clean brand new discs to get them to work correctly.
