Decrypted Unit Key: BB3B8DCDCA4E776E8909951EA791D0DD [FOUND]
ERROR: Unit Key(s) tested with 3 aligned units : [INVALID]

If the disc isn't AACS-encryted in the first place then trying to decrypt it with the Unit Key will produce nonsense.

Something looks highly off there. No idea what but definitely doesn't look normal. I don't remember if I check the aligned units before testing the decryption key to see if it's already decrypted. It never really occurred to me to do so tbh.

To be fair, this would only be the second unencrypted Bluray I've ever heard of, the other being "The Wicker Man".

Yea. Once I get into the code for some other things I'll consider adding something to check while I'm at it. Won't that be fun. lol

Open MakeMKV and immediately press the "Backup" button (2nd button on the button bar). Uncheck its "decrypt" option, and then select which directory to back your disk up into.

Once you have created your encrypted backup, remove or rename its AACS/ directory, and then try opening the back up in MakeMKV.

This proves that your disk was not actually encrypted with its Unit Key. Rare, but not unheard of...
