Has MKB20_v82_SNOW_WHITE_9E92.tgz actually been submitted? It still fails with "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" in MakeMKV.

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

And I would hope that the TGZ file has also been submitted by now, although you could always submit it again.
